How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally ship orders in 3–5 business days. The transit time within the United States for Standard shipping takes 1–6 business days; you should expect your order within 1–2 weeks from the day it was placed. If you are shipping an order outside of the United States or require rush shipping, refer to our Shipping & Transit Times for more information.

Nelson Line is a publisher and importer of sophisticated, beautiful & humorous greeting cards, stationery & gift products. We serve the wholesale trade in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, as well as parts of Asia and Europe. Our new retail e-commerce site will allow us to take full advantage of social media, increase our online presence, and be better connected to so many more people and companies that are interested in our products.

What types of products do you sell?

Popular product lines include greeting cards, gift wrap, fridge magnets, journals, boxed note cards, and a plethora of other high-quality gift items.

When do your new products come out?

The new additions to our everyday line are released twice a year in the winter (January) and summer (July). Nelson Line releases new holiday/seasonal cards & products, plus calendars, annually. You can always find our newest releases in the What’s New section of our website.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Please check with the office for details.

I didn’t get what I ordered. What do I do now?

Please remember that sheets of gift wrap ship in tubes and everything else ships in boxes—it is not unusual for cartons to become separated during shipment. However, if you have still not received all of your order within two weeks of when it was placed, please contact us so we can correct the issue.
